They have to be compensated in local currencies. They also need to be administered by variety of On-site benefits, which help them to settle in the respective countries and meet their personal issues. "MAP's Onsite Benefits & Overseas Compensation Survey" is one of our major milestone projects and deals with the above issues & more. 36 IT companies (who are amongst the top-notch software companies) throughout the Software Industry contributed to our success story which comprised of data for 51 countries in 32 Local Currencies. It
encompasses both Living Allowances & Overseas Salary for
Short-term & Long-term deputation periods. Few Key Positions
were considered for this survey from Software Development Group,
ERP Group & Marketing Group. The highlights of this years Survey are:
